Significance of Transaction – The borrower needed to refinance from lenders that were not willing to finance the Cannabis space.
eQcho’s Role – We structured and packaged the deal for the borrower to achieve his capital needs. The borrower was in need of a fast solution to close quickly, and our investor was able to meet this need with a 3-week close. We guided them through the process, advised them on terms of the loan and made sure they had the cash they needed for their business.
